Thorin is offering two different solutions for outsourcing the DataFax technical implementation and infrastructure.

Thorin - DataFax - DataFax Hosting

DataFax Hosting: this option implies that Thorin will take care of hosting DataFax on one of our servers and linking it by a 100Mb connection to the internet. Your DataFax data will reside on two separate servers; each located in a different datacenter. The second server is a replication of the main server.
Different options are available for arranging System & DataFax maintenance. You will be responsible for all Study related activities, like Study Setup, assigning user access, etc. In fact, the main difference with having your own server, is that it is located outside your office.
DataFax Hosting starts at € 500/month.

Software As A Service (SAAS). If you opt for SAAS, Thorin will take care of most DataFax related activities, except for the actual handling of the clinical data. You need to provide us with a (draft) version of the CRF, an outline of the study and a format for the output, that’s it. Your study data will be handled and reside on a DataFax server which is installed, hosted and maintained by Thorin. Based on your specifications, we will create the final CRF, configure all study details and maintain the study configuration.

This option will allow you to focus on your actual job, which is the Data Management of your study, or perhaps enable you to have some time off...

Online Demo

An Online Demo is the best way to get a more indepth understanding of DataFax. By using GoToMeeting, we are able to display DataFax on one or more PC's in your office, while audio is provided by phone.

Thus we are able to interact with you and show you a 'life answer' to any of your questions.
